2016年10月24日，荷兰瓦赫宁根大学环境科学学院Coen Ritsema教授、Violette Geissen教授，中国农科院区划所徐明岗研究员、中国科学院水保所王飞研究员、中国科学院南土所李德成研究员应邀来土肥所进行学术交流。会议在土肥所二楼会议室召开、林超文副所长主持会议，土、肥、水学科相关科技人员二十多人参与报告会。

学术交流涉及Long-term experiments for soil fertility in arable land of China and the significance to the project ISQAPER，Co-evolution of soil and water conservation policy and human-environment linkages in the Yellow River Basin，On National Soil Survey of China，Global assessment of soil erosion of potential measures against erosion-work in progress，Healthy soil-health people: A transdisciplinary approach。同时各位专家与我所科技人员进行了广泛的交流互动。
